METHOD OF PAYMENT
We accept Visa/MasterCard and Money Orders. You may call or fax with your Visa/MasterCard number.
SHIPPING
SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES (Plants): Unless otherwise requested our shipping method of choice is USPS Priority Mail (two to three days). Not guaranteed. If you require, we can ship via Overnight Delivery. All shippping will be billed at cost.

SHIPPING (Dry Goods): Shipping for all dry goods billed at actual cost.

We are currently accepting orders that ship within the continental United States only.

All orders are shipped in the order they are received. Our usual shipping days are Monday and Tuesday (unless show schedules prohibit). All orders are shipped from Eugene, Oregon (97405).

WINTER SHIPPING
During the winter months, we will hold orders until temperatures are above freezing at the point of destination. We can pack for Winter and also include a heat pak. The heat pack is an additional $6.00
SATISFACTION
We guarantee that all plants leave our nursery in good condition. Satisfaction is guaranteed on all orders. If not satisfied, arrangements may be made for a refund, credit or replacement of plants. Claims must be made within 72 hours of receipt of order so we can follow up on a claim.

Future performance of the plant is dependent upon culture and we cannot assume responsibility after 72 hours.

If plants are in bud, we cannot guarantee the safe arrival of buds or open flowers due to uncontrollable situations in the handling of the parcels by the carrier.
